Made in the Safi weaving tradition from soft, mid-weight cotton, this bedcover presents a limited vocabulary of motifs on a wide, undisturbed field. Each medallion is built in dense, raised cobalt tufting around a lighter grey central panel, flanked by a few rounded discs and small triangular accents. Five medallions are distributed across the surface, two near the head, one at the centre, and two toward the foot, so the ivory ground carries the structure of the composition.

The contrast between the flat, matte cotton ground and the textured relief of the cobalt motifs gives the piece a tactile depth that photographs cannot fully convey. Hand-tied tassels along the lower hem and at the corners complete the silhouette with a soft, finished edge.

Restrained in palette and generous in scale, the bedcover suits contemporary and traditional interiors alike, working as a light textile layer or as the focal point of a calm bedroom scheme. Matching pillow covers repeat a single medallion with tasselled corners.
