Presented by Atelier des Atlas, this Aït Sgougou (Beni Mrirt) wool rug measures 300 × 200 cm. Its textured pile brings together ivory, deep blue, rust, and small accents of orange in a richly varied surface.

Design Vocabulary

Irregular blocks gather into horizontal passages across the field. A broad blue area meets a larger rust section near one end, while smaller ivory and coloured forms break up the composition throughout. Fine dark outlines give the blocks definition without imposing a regular grid. Wool fringe is visible at both short ends.
