Chromatic Code – Zanafi Minimalist Flatweave

Chromatic Code – Zanafi Minimalist Flatweave

Chromatic Code is a Zanafi flatweave rooted in minimalist mysticism. Woven on the horizontal loom of the southern High Atlas, its graphic articulation distills Amazigh cosmology into elemental bands of dyed wool—pure, assertive, and vibrationally intentional.

Each serrated rectangle—dyed in madder, indigo, henna, and wild saffron—acts as a glyph without letters. Against a raw ivory ground, the bands break silence with bursts of meaning: land, lineage, sun cycles, and harvest rhythms. With no fringe of narrative, it speaks in blocks, like sacred silence interrupted by sudden truths.

Chromatic Code is ideal for contemporary, editorial interiors seeking ancestral contrast—where old wisdom is framed in modern restraint. Lightweight yet powerful, it translates tribal fluency into visual meditation.
