Boucherouite Earthbound Strata — Upcycled Rag Pile
Boucherouite Earthbound Strata — Upcycled Rag Pile
Boucherouite Earthbound Strata — Upcycled Rag Pile (176 × 92 cm)
A soulful Boucherouite from rural Morocco: layered, organic bands in sand, olive, clay, and charcoal punctuated by incidental sparks of indigo, crimson, and gingham check. Cloth remnants are hand-tied into the warp to build a lively, feathered surface—an atlas of touch, memory, and reinvention.
Weave & Touch
Traditional hand-tied rag pile on a sturdy cotton foundation. Upcycled cotton and mixed fabrics create a plush, kinetic texture with excellent visual depth. Durable, forgiving, and joyfully tactile.
