Boujaad Chromatic Steps – Wool Mosaic
Boujaad Chromatic Steps – Wool Mosaic
Boujaad Chromatic Steps – Wool Mosaic (140 × 240 cm)
From the highland workshops of Boujaad emerges this jubilant composition of color and geometry. Nine stacked panels of brilliant pigments—emerald, magenta, cobalt, tangerine, violet—are interrupted by the characteristic “step” motif, a Boujaadi symbol of passage and protection. Each block retains its own rhythm, yet the whole reads as a dynamic color field, balancing Berber tradition and modern abstraction.
