Boujaad–Zanafi Beaded Lattice Kilim — Bordeaux Marle with Teal Nodes
Boujaad–Zanafi Beaded Lattice Kilim — Bordeaux Marle with Teal Nodes
Boujaad–Zanafi Beaded Lattice Kilim — Bordeaux Marle with Teal Nodes (240 × 130 cm)
A Middle Atlas Boujaad workshop executing the Zanafi hanbel grammar: a finely striated bordeaux-ivory field traversed by a dark, hand-drawn diamond lattice. Teal “bead” nodes accent each intersection—graphic punctuation within a calm, contemporary ground.
Weave & Touch
Traditional flat-weave (kilim/hanbel) base with supplementary-weft brocade / over-stitch to articulate the raised lattice and dotted nodes. Firm yet supple handle; largely reversible with a crisp drape and excellent everyday durability.
