Indigo Frame — Glaouia Talisman Kilim
Indigo Frame — Glaouia Talisman Kilim
Indigo Frame — Glaouia Talisman Kilim (140 × 200 cm)
A classic Glaouia flatweave from the Taznakht/Sirwa corridor: soft stone-grey field, deep indigo frame, and multicolor talisman motifs in brick, saffron, olive, teal and ivory. The sawtooth inner border creates a crisp architectural edge; the handle is supple yet durable—high-traffic ready without sacrificing artisanal tactility.
Glyph Reading
Lozenge constellations, crosses and eye-shapes function as Amazigh baraka—protection, continuity and good passage. The indigo perimeter is a threshold guard, while the stepped/sawtooth border references mountains and wayfinding. Energetically, the runner calibrates movement and keeps hallways bright and grounded.
