Marmoucha Check & Fang — Camel/Ivory Ledger
Marmoucha Check & Fang — Camel/Ivory Ledger
Marmoucha Check & Fang — Camel/Ivory Ledger (145 × 100 cm)
From the Middle Atlas Marmoucha workshops: a graphic register of camel-toned squares split by ivory “fang” triangles and framed by inky guard stripes. The motif reads as a minimalist riff on Amazigh checker iconography—order, rhythm, and calm intensity.
Weave & Touch
Hand-knotted wool pile on cotton warp/weft, clipped to a plush, resilient surface. Marmoucha highland wool yields a dense, velvety hand with excellent recovery—luxury underfoot in a compact scale.
