Marmoucha Ultramarine Field — Indigo Geometry
Marmoucha Ultramarine Field — Indigo Geometry
Marmoucha Ultramarine Field — Indigo Geometry (250 × 150 cm)
A striking Marmoucha masterpiece woven from pure Atlas wool and saturated in a deep Majorelle ultramarine hue. The composition unfolds in faintly raised diagonals—subtle latticework emerging from tone-on-tone relief, embodying the Marmoucha lineage’s command of texture and restraint.
Weave & Touch
Hand-knotted pile in thick Atlas wool, woven on a cotton warp and weft. The high, supple pile enhances chromatic depth, transforming the indigo tone into a sculptural surface that shifts with the light. Each knot retains the trace of the weaver’s gesture—calm precision and spiritual intent.
