Zemmour Kilim — Crimson Caravan Bands
Zemmour Kilim — Crimson Caravan Bands
Zemmour Kilim — Crimson Caravan Bands (240 × 140 cm)
A luminous Zemmour flatweave from the Zaer plateau: rhythmic red ground articulated by caravan bands of saffron and ebony with dotted ivory guard lines. Brocaded cartouches punctuate the field—zigzag spines, seed lozenges, and ladder motifs—encoding protection, passage, and prosperity.
Weave & Touch
