Boujaad Flat-weave

Boujaad Kilim — Flatwoven Geometry from Morocco’s Heartland

Hand-loomed in the Middle Atlas, Boujaad kilims distill the chromatic exuberance of their knotted-pile cousins into a refined, reversible flatweave. Using tightly balanced warp and weft, Boujaad weavers trace bold diamonds, stepped lattices, and talismanic Amazigh symbols with a restrained elegance that belies structural complexity.

Lightweight and seasonless, each piece transitions effortlessly as floor covering, wall hanging, or layered accent—an editorial statement anchored in heritage and built for contemporary living.

Each kilim carries the lineage of Boujaad’s tribal confederations—natural wools, vegetable dyes, and thoughtfully repurposed threads orchestrated into symbols of protection, fertility, and cosmic order.
