How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship rugs: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom orders: Production timelines range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity and origin of the piece. We keep you informed throughout.
Can I request a custom rug or textile?

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our work, custom and bespoke pieces are non-refundable. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. For more, refer to our Shipping & Returns policy.
