Each Atelier des Atlas piece is made with reverence—for tradition, craft, and your space. Below are our studio’s practices for delivery and returns, reflecting our direct-to-client, personalized model.
Shipping & Lead Times
Ready-to-Ship Rugs & Textiles:
These are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
Custom Orders:
All custom pieces are woven and embroidered to order. Lead times range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the design complexity, tribal origin, and seasonality. You will receive timeline updates throughout the process.
Shipping Process
Once your piece is ready, we coordinate international shipping with trusted partners (DHL, FedEx, Amana Express, and others). We share your tracking number and shipping documents directly via email or WhatsApp.
Duties & Import Fees
International clients may be subject to customs duties and local import taxes. These are not included in your invoice and vary by country. We can provide HS codes or commercial invoice breakdowns upon request.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom-Made Pieces:
All custom rugs and textiles are non-returnable, as they are handcrafted to your specifications.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces:
May be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. Please notify us in advance to arrange return instructions.
Payments & Invoicing
Payments are processed directly with our studio. We accept multiple trusted methods: international bank transfers, Western Union, MoneyGram, and Moroccan payment channels. Invoices are issued via email or WhatsApp, and all payment details are shared upon confirmation.
